Cooking instructions: Place chicken on well heated grill, or flat top. Cook each side about 6-8 minutes until nicely charred. Optional - baste the chicken with a mixture of olive oil and lemon two or three times during the cooking process.
To ensure safe cooking use thermometer to check inside temp. At 165 degrees, the chicken is ready and safe to eat.
